Beef was fantastic - great brine. Bread was crunchy and the kraut was tangy. The ratio of sauce, meat, cheese, kraut, and bread was on point, but if I felt wanting a bit more cheese. Overall, fantastic.
Vision Reuben, the kraut was incredible but there wasn't enough on my sandwich, it also lacked in sauce but it was only alright, cheese was fine but not that special, the corned beef was incredible so I'm glad that they didn't skimp, obviously you know the qualities that made it so good/unique, overall due to ratios being a little off and the bread/sauce/cheese only being alright I think I've gotta give it a very strong 8.5, saved by their phenom meat
9.5 corned beef, 9.21 sauerkraut, 7.4 bread; maybe would be 8.5 if we ate it right away, and would be 9.5 if the bread was marbled rye.
7.5 corned beef, 7.0 sauerkraut (not a big fan of kraut), 9.0 bread; I also knocked the second half off of my desk onto the floor so I didn't get the full experience.
